Any agreement for roofing work is between you and the roofer alone, and the roofer answers for its own work, prices, insurance, permits and warranties.

Using the site costs you nothing, because roofers pay us for referrals. You may turn down any estimate and hire whoever you like, including a roofer you found somewhere else.

Prices come from published estimates, and our summaries of Texas law and local permit rules are plain-language overviews, not legal advice.
